No. There's no payment and no commitment. We'll reach out before opening to confirm enrollment. If you decide not to join, just let us know. Founding members who enroll have the registration fee waived.
No. Direct Primary Care membership is not insurance and doesn't cover hospital stays, emergency care, specialists, or imaging. We recommend keeping a separate insurance or health-sharing plan for those needs.
Routine well-child visits, unlimited acute sick visits, school/sports/camp physical forms, and direct access to your provider by portal, phone, text, or telehealth, with no office copay.
Labs will be passed through at our actual cost from the lab partner plus one flat $10 draw fee per visit, never marked up and never charged per test. Vaccines will be billed at cost plus a flat per-dose administration fee.
Yes. Our virtual visits are available now for a flat $80 per visit, with no sign-up required. Evening and weekend hours are listed on that page. For emergencies, call 911.
